Where does the customer's money go? Does Nava hold it?

Do you really check with the bank? Which banks?
Yes. Nava uses EasySlip, which checks slips against real bank data. It works with slips from all major Thai banks — SCB, KBank, Bangkok Bank, Krungthai, TTB, and more.
How does it work with LINE, Facebook, IG? Hard to connect?

Can my staff help manage orders?

What kind of bank account do I need?

Yes. Nava supports both personal and business (juristic person) PromptPay. Link with mobile, national ID, or 13-digit tax ID — all work.
Do I need to register a company first?
No. Both individual sellers and registered businesses can use Nava. Registered shops can link PromptPay with their company tax ID. Your tax filing obligations under Thai law are unchanged.
Does it work with Shopee or Lazada?
Not yet. Nava focuses on chat-first sales (LINE, Facebook, IG) plus your own Nava storefront link — Shopee and Lazada sellers already live inside those marketplaces. If you sell in both, Nava handles the chat side; the marketplace orders still live in their own apps.
What if a customer transfers the wrong amount?
Nava flags it automatically. The slip check compares the transferred amount against the order total; if they don't match, the order stays in "amount mismatch, needs review" instead of flipping to paid. You decide whether to adjust the order, ask for a top-up, or refund. Nava never auto-marks a mismatched slip as paid.
