Nava is the mobile back-office for Thai social sellers on LINE, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. We're not trying to be another Shopify. We're the missing layer between 'selling in chat' and 'running a full storefront'.
Meet Mae Malee
Every feature we ship has to pass one question: does it actually help Mae Malee. The real seller we build for. Run her shop better?
Malee sells linen from her phone on LINE. ~4,000 followers. ฿30,000–500,000/month in revenue. Asleep by 2am. Has never heard of Shopify and never will. Every decision we make is checked against her.
If you can't say how a change helps her, it doesn't belong in the product.
Four things we don't trade away
Everything else is up for debate. These four are not. If we ever compromise any of them, we should stop making Nava.
- Never custody buyer funds · money goes to the shop's PromptPay directly. We generate the QR and verify the slip. We do not hold funds. Custody = a payment license, 2 years, and the largest possible thing we could get wrong (holding a customer's money).
- No cut on sales · a flat monthly plan. 10× your revenue and Nava still costs the same. Our incentives should sit with the shop, not against her GMV.
- Thai-first · not Thai-optional. Every error message, every button, every string a seller reads is in natural Thai first. English exists for internal ops and partner docs.
- AI drafts, humans confirm · nothing marks itself paid. AI drafts the order, reads the slip, sorts the queue. But nothing gets confirmed without a human eye. A false 'paid' is the single thing that would break trust in one tap.
Why we exist
Thailand's commerce market has Shopify for big shops, LINE Shopping for anyone willing to let a platform hold their money, and a lot of tiny apps that solve one problem each. The Thai seller doing 20–200 chat orders a day has no tool that fits. She stitches together a Google Sheet, 5 apps, and eyes that have to check every slip photo.
Nava is the tool that fits her. Phone-first, chat-native, slip-verified against real bank data, money to her own PromptPay account. No hour-long tutorial. No opening a laptop.
How we're set up
Nava generates the QR and helps verify the slip. But the money goes to your PromptPay account directly. We do not custody, hold, or transfer buyer funds, so we don't operate in the payment-license category the Bank of Thailand regulates. At the same time, your Thai seller and buyer data is fully covered by PDPA (details on our privacy policy ).
The team is growing. We'll add named team members here when we're ready to introduce them publicly. In the meantime, any question can go through our contact page.
