Nava never holds buyer funds. Money flows straight into your own PromptPay account. If a buyer transferred and the slip didn't clear, or you're having trouble receiving payment, reach out via LINE OA first for the fastest fix. The money is in your account. We just help verify the slip (details on our Security page).
