About billing
What does Nava cost, and what's included?
Two plans. Starter, ฿299/mo (฿2,990/yr), runs your whole shop from chat to paid: AI-drafted orders you confirm, PromptPay QR, bank-checked slips, storefront, Flash labels, customers. Pro, ฿990/mo (฿9,900/yr), runs it for you: an AI sales assistant that answers and sends the bill, paid slips that confirm themselves, several pages and accounts, unlimited helpers, purchase orders, and selling through Google and AI assistants.
Are slip checks, chats or AI metered?
No. Slip checks, chat and AI are included in every plan. The only thing counted is paid orders a month: 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Pro. Unpaid bills don't count.
What happens if I sell more than my plan's orders?
Your shop keeps taking orders as normal; we never stop it mid-month. We'll let you know and suggest the plan that fits for the next month.
When can I start? Can I sign up now?
Nava is in a private pilot with a small group of Thai sellers. The public launch is February 2027. Join the waitlist and we invite in waves, in line order; the first wave of 20 shops opens 15 Dec 2026.
What's the ฿99/mo founding-seller price?
The first 100 shops invited from the waitlist pay ฿99/mo for Starter, locked for 12 months (normally ฿299/mo). During the pilot they also get Pro's ready features free until launch. Invite other shops through your link to move up the line.
Does Nava take a cut of my sales?
No, not now and not later. A flat plan price whether you sell ฿10,000 or ฿1,000,000 a month. Customer payments go straight into your own PromptPay; Nava never touches the money.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Yearly is the price of 10 months (save 2): Starter ฿2,990, Pro ฿9,900. Good if you're confident Nava is staying in your stack.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Anytime. Switch your billing cycle from Billing; the change prorates against your current cycle.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing anytime. Cancellation applies to your next cycle; you keep access through the end of the paid period. After cancellation you can still export customers + orders for 90 days.
Will the price go up later?
Possibly. Any change is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel without cost before the new price kicks in.
