How do the three plans differ?
Starter (฿299.00/mo) is for LINE-first sellers under ~100 orders/mo. Grow (฿799.00/mo) is for multi-channel shops that need CRM, discount codes, and a footer-free storefront. Pro (฿1,999.00/mo) is for high-volume shops that want unlimited channels and priority support.
What's the ฿99/mo × 3 months intro?
A first-timer discount that stacks on the trial. Starter is ฿99/mo for 3 months (−฿200/mo), Grow is ฿199/mo for 3 months (−฿600/mo). Month 4 returns to the sticker price. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Pro has no intro discount but still trials free.
Do I need to enter a card for the free trial?
You add a card once at signup, but the system doesn't charge until day 14. You get a reminder before the trial ends and can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Does Nava take a cut of my sales?
No · a flat monthly plan whether you sell ฿10,000 or ฿1,000,000. Customer payments go straight into your own PromptPay; Nava never touches the money.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Yearly costs the equivalent of 10 months (save 2). Good if you're confident Nava is staying in your stack.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and prorate against your current cycle. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing anytime. Cancellation applies to your next cycle; you keep access through the end of the paid period. After cancellation you can still export customers + orders for 90 days.
Will the price go up later?
Possibly. Any change is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel without cost before the new price kicks in.
