This page explains how Nava writes what it publishes (product pages, pricing, articles and the files AI assistants read about us), and keeps a record of every time we corrected something we had published wrong.
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The Thai version is the legally binding text; if the two differ, the Thai version prevails. Questions: support@navaseller.com.
1. How we write
- We only describe what the product does today. Anything not built yet is always labelled "coming".
- Pages whose facts can change (prices, policies, numbers) carry a date. Every number says how and when it was measured.
- We don't compare ourselves with named competitors; comparisons are by type, such as spreadsheets, chat-only selling or marketplaces.
- We don't publish testimonials or reviews that don't exist, or claim a number of shops without a source.
- An article that quotes an outside number (such as a fee) links its source and the date we checked it. Older articles are being brought up to this standard.
2. How we use AI in writing
The Nava team uses AI tools to help draft and translate content. Anything about what the product can do, prices or personal data is checked against the real product before it is published. Nava, not the tool, is responsible for what we publish.
3. Corrections
When we find we published something that wasn't true, we fix it at the source and record here what we changed and when. We don't hide that we were wrong. If you spot something inaccurate, tell us at support@navaseller.com or LINE @navaseller.
4. Corrections log
- · The description of our English About page said Nava was for LINE, TikTok and Instagram sellers, and our Contact page offered help connecting TikTok. Today shops can only use LINE. We corrected both pages the same day.
- · Our LINE OA sellers page and spreadsheet comparison said buyers get "two reminders". In fact the reminder goes 2 hours after the bill, and the second one after a day only if the bill is still open (bills expire after 4 hours by default). We corrected the wording the same day.
- · Our website, pricing, search data and AI-assistant files said Nava works with LINE and Facebook. Today shops can only use LINE: Facebook Messenger is built but needs Meta's approval before shops can use it. We changed every page to say Facebook is coming soon, and removed "real Thai sellers use it every day" from an article, because no real shops use Nava yet.
- · Our privacy policy and security page said our AI provider kept no data and never trained on it, and that every provider was under a signed data-processing agreement. That wasn't true of the AI provider we used then (DeepSeek). We corrected the wording the same day, then moved to Anthropic as the main provider, which doesn't train on API data and deletes it within 30 days.
- · Our website, search data and AI-assistant files said Nava supported Instagram chat. It doesn't yet. We removed the claim and now say it is coming to the Pro plan.
- · Our pricing said "one price, every feature, unlimited orders". When we moved to the Starter and Pro plans, we updated every page to say what each plan includes, including the paid orders per month.
