What does it mean to "close orders from chat"?

To close orders from chat is to take a buying conversation in a chat app (such as LINE or Facebook) all the way to a paid order ready to ship, without leaving the chat: know what the buyer ordered, confirm the order and address, send a bill with an exact-amount PromptPay QR, check the slip against bank data, confirm the money arrived, then pack and send the tracking number. The money goes straight into the shop's own account.

The six steps

  1. Know what was orderedProduct, size, colour and quantity from what the buyer typed, even across several messages
  2. Confirm order and addressName, phone and address complete before the bill
  3. Send the bill + exact QRA PromptPay QR with the amount in it, so the buyer doesn't type it and fewer transfers come in short or over
  4. Check the slip with the bankAgainst real bank data, not by looking at the picture: catches fake, reused and wrong-amount slips
  5. Confirm the money arrivedThe order becomes "paid" only when the money really arrived
  6. Pack and send trackingPrint the label and send the tracking number back in the same chat

Can I do it by hand?

Yes, and most shops do: write orders in notes or a spreadsheet, send a QR or account number, then open the banking app to see if the money came in. What goes wrong is fake slips that look real, amounts the buyer typed wrong, and orders lost when chats pile up. A QR with the amount already in it is an easy start. How Nava closes orders from chat

The AI drafts the order from the chat and the shop confirms it. Nava sends the bill with an exact-amount QR in the same chat, checks the slip against bank data and prints the shipping label. Money goes straight into the shop's PromptPay; Nava never holds it. The shop decides every step that involves money or goods. What Nava's AI does and doesn't do

What it is not

  • Not selling on a marketplace: the buyers are the shop's own, with no per-order fee. Compare the fees
  • Not a chatbot deciding about money for the shop: payment confirmation comes from bank data, never a guess.
  • Not just sending an account number: an order isn't closed until the money really arrived and the goods are on their way.
