Selling on marketplaces vs closing orders from your own chat

Marketplaces bring you new buyers but take fees on every order, and the buyers belong to the platform. In your own chat the buyers are yours with no per-order fee, but you find them yourself, which is why many shops do both.

When marketplaces are the better choice

  • You don't have regular buyers yet and need lots of people to see your products
  • Your buyers want a platform's guarantee

When Nava is the better choice

  • Buyers already come back and order in your chat
  • You want the money in your account now, not on a payout cycle
  • You'd rather keep the per-order fee as profit

Questions

Can I use a marketplace and Nava together?

Yes. Nava handles orders from your chat and storefront; marketplace orders stay in the platform's app. Nava doesn't sync stock with marketplaces.

How big is the fee difference?

It depends on category and price. Try your own price in the fee calculator (official rates, with the date they were checked).

Can I move marketplace buyers to my chat?

Each platform has rules about steering buyers off it. Always check the platform's rules first.

Nava is in a private pilot; public launch February 2027. From ฿299/month, no cut of your sales.
