For shops that sell through LINE OA

Selling on LINE OA? Close orders from chat in one place

Buyers message your LINE OA, order, send an address, transfer and send a slip, all in chat. But writing orders down, checking slips and chasing payments is still done by hand, one chat at a time. Nava works inside your existing LINE OA chat.

What gets in the way

Orders buried in chat

With many chats and orders spread over several messages, you scroll back to find who ordered what, in which size, to which address.

Slips you have to trust

Fake slips look real, so you open the banking app to check each one.

Chasing payments every day

Buyers who said they'd pay and went quiet; you have to remember and ask.

How Nava helps you close orders from chat

  • AI drafts the order from chat; you confirmIt reads the Thai chat and drafts product, size, colour, quantity, name and address. When unsure it says "needs review". The shop confirms every time.
  • Bill + exact-amount PromptPay QR, in the same chatThe buyer scans and the amount fills itself in. Money goes straight into the shop's PromptPay; Nava never holds it.
  • Slips checked against bank dataCatches fake, reused and wrong-amount slips. Several transfers for one bill add up. If a slip can't be checked, the order stays "awaiting payment".
  • Gentle payment remindersBuyers who haven't paid get a reminder 2 hours after the bill and a last call 1 hour before it expires, then nothing. When the bill expires (4 hours by default, up to 3 days), the item goes back on sale.
  • Flash labels + tracking messagesPrint the label, then send the tracking number back in the buyer's chat.

Questions

Do I need a new LINE OA?

No. Nava connects to your existing LINE OA once; buyers keep messaging your shop as before.

Do Nava's messages use my LINE OA quota?

Messages a system pushes (bill, reminder, tracking) count toward your LINE OA quota; one-to-one chat replies don't. See the LINE OA cost calculator.

Does it work with Facebook?

Facebook Messenger is built but waits for Meta's approval before shops can use it. Today Nava works with LINE.

Nava is in a private pilot; public launch February 2027. From ฿299/month, no cut of your sales.
