An online store with PromptPay

An online store with PromptPay: buyers choose, pay and send the slip themselves

One storefront link for your bio or your LINE chats. Buyers browse, pick size and colour, add to cart and pay with an exact-amount PromptPay QR that goes straight to your account. Orders land in Nava next to your chat orders.

What gets in the way

The same questions all day

"Which colours?" "How much?" "Still in stock?" Every chat asks the same, and you send the same photos and prices again.

A marketplace shop isn't yours

Selling on a marketplace costs a fee on every order, and reaching those buyers again is hard.

Slips you check yourself

Buyers transfer and send a slip, and you open your banking app to see if the money really arrived.

How Nava helps you close orders from chat

  • A storefront from the products you already haveProducts you add to Nava appear on your storefront with photos, sizes, colours and sold-out labels. Group them into collections. No SKU needed.
  • Bill + exact-amount PromptPay QR, in the same chatThe buyer scans and the amount fills itself in. Money goes straight into the shop's PromptPay; Nava never holds it.
  • Slips checked on the payment pageBuyers attach the slip on the payment page and Nava checks it against bank data, catching fake, reused and wrong-amount slips. If it can't be checked, the order stays "awaiting payment".
  • Stock held while they payWhen a buyer orders, the item is held for them until the bill expires (4 hours by default, up to 3 days), so it can't be sold twice; unpaid items go back on sale by themselves.
  • Your own shipping feeSet a standard shipping fee and a free-shipping threshold. If you haven't set one, you confirm shipping in chat.
  • Orders in the same place as chatStorefront orders sit in the same list as chat orders, and you pack, print labels and send tracking the same way.
  • Reviews from real buyersStorefront reviews come only from people who ordered and received the item, and carry a "Verified" badge.

Questions

Do I need my own website or domain?

No. Your storefront lives at navaseller.com/s/your-shop and you set it up from your phone.

Whose account does the money go to?

Your own PromptPay, directly. Nava never holds the money, there's no payout cycle, and no cut of your sales.

Do buyers need an app or an account?

No. They open the storefront in a browser, enter a name, phone number and address, and pay from their banking app.

Can I keep the store private for now?

Yes. Lock the storefront with a password so only people you give it to can see it.

Nava is in a private pilot; public launch February 2027. From ฿299/month, no cut of your sales.
